During the sessions, our Gemologist answers to all questions, gives a good
overview, and even demonstrate grading and engraving experience on the spot.”

the next generation) are good examples of online companies adjusting to the new
normal during the Covid-19 pandemic.

converted to sale subsequently,” Ms Kyuree said. “I also observed that having an
experience gallery and a collection point at Ngee Ann City is welcomed by many
Singaporean couples.”
“Our international sale volume has also increased, as people are now more climatized to diamond or jewellery consultations over virtual platforms.”
The transformation is successful and evolving constantly to suit the needs of jewellery shoppers in Singapore and around the region.
